Annual Symposium

Jeremy Boutin, the student president of the NIH Protein Biotechnology Training Program, leads an end-of-the-day reflection with 2024 WSU-NIH Protein Biotechnology Symposium attendees.

With WSU partners, we sponsor an annual, public showcase and networking event where trainees

  1. Meet outside speakers with expert perspectives on biotechnology development and career opportunities.
  2. Develop communication skills and community by presenting research projects to attendees.
  3. Expand leadership and operational skills by contributing to the planning and implementation of this event.

2026 Protein Biotechnology Annual Symposium

Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (PDT), Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center, WSU-Pullman campus

The event is open to the public. Please register at the link below. Registration includes free breakfast and lunch. We hope to see you there! Current program trainees do not need to register.
